Just a quick side note, but the apartment are not old and dusty. lol

The apartments of the Burst resemble small homey labs.
Walls are of a metallic silver color((Unless you want in another color))
Each apartment includes a computer((although it doesn't have as much power as mine, it still works))
A Charge station for your P.E.T.
Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms
